What if it isn't for me — can I return it?

Yes — you have 30 days to return it. If the grinder isn't working the way you expected, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you the return steps and a prepaid label. Send it back in any condition and we'll refund the full $25.

Does it work with any solid soap bar?

It works with most standard bars, but not all of them. Bars up to roughly 4.5 oz and about 3 inches wide fit comfortably in the chamber; anything much larger needs to be cut down first. Very soft, fresh bars (like a just-unwrapped glycerin soap) tend to smear rather than grind — leave them out to harden for a week or two and they grind cleanly. Hard, cured bars are the easiest.

How do I clean and store it?

Rinse it under warm water after each use and let it air-dry fully before you put it away. Soap residue left damp is what makes a grinder gum up, so shake off the excess water and stand it open on the counter or a dish rack. A quick rinse once a week with a soft brush keeps the grinding surface clear.
